Local Rules

Out of Bounds (Rule 27)
Beyond any fence bounding the course.
Beyond any line or white takes bounding the course
On the left of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 14th, 16th, 17th, 19th, 25th, 26th and 27th holes.
Beyond the boundary drain to the left of 16th hole.
Hole 18 beyond the drain on the left and in the driving range on the right.
Water Hazards including Lateral Water Hazards (Rule 26)
The limits of water hazards are marked by yellow stakes or lines.
The limits of lateral water hazads are marked by red stakes or lines.

Immovable obstructions (Rule 24.4)

All plant ringed by white paint or supported by white stakes.
All service roads and cart path (including the ruble pitching drainage along the cart path)
Bridges, halfway houses, rain shelters, pump houses, distance markers, concrete sumps and other structures.
Water control valves and sprinkler heads.
Exposed drainage pipes.

Ground Under repair (G.U.R)

Flower beds, green or trees under construction or any returfed area is G.U.R. play is prohibited in this area. If a player’s ball is in either this area of if it enters with a player’s stance or the area of his intended swing, the player must take relief under Rule 25-1. deep tyre ruts, ant hills and French drains are deemed to be G.U.R.

Embedded ball

Through the green, a ball which is embedded in its own ptch-mark in the ground, ther than sand, may be lifted without penalty, cleaned and dropped as near as possible to where it lay but no nearer the hole. The ball when dropped must first strke a part of the course though the green.

Damage to Sand Bunkers

A player may take relief under Rule 25-1.b (ii) if the ball is in an area (crevice, etc) in the bunker damaged by the rain.

Stone in Bunkers

Stones and pebbles in bunker are movable obstruction. Rule 24-1 applies.

Integral Part of the Course

All concrete drains marked as Hazard are integral Part of the Course.
